I like most forms of Elizabeth, including Elizaveta. I wouldn't say it's one of my absolute most favourite forms of the name, but still, I really do like Elizaveta. There's something very majestic about this form, more so than Elizabeth. It feels very elegant and serious, but also lively and zesty at the same time.
The standard Polish form of this name is Elżbieta, but Elizaveta has been in use as well, likely by ethnic minorities in whose native languages this name is used. Last year (2023), 10 baby girls in Poland were given the name Elizaveta. As of January this year, there are 1006 women named Elizaveta in Poland. 4 others use it as their middle name.

Elizaveta Kornilova is a Russian singer who is perhaps best known for her time in Russian girl group Serebro.
My name is Elizabeth, and I have a friend who is Russian. I asked her what my name would be in Russian, she told me 'Elizaveta', and I FELL IN LOVE! I want everyone to call me Elizaveta now!
I think this name sounds really pretty. It's also easy to come up with a nickname for it. I think Elizaveta's a great alternative to Elizabeth, because Elizaveta's much more prettier to say.
