Dulcinea

In Spain (as of 2023), it is borne by 221 women, mostly in the provinces of León and Valladolid, av. Age 59.4, peaking in the 1970.

Dulcinea is also occasionally used in Brazil. I've even met one (a woman in her 70s). In Portugal it would probably be considered ridiculous.
