It's pronounced DAW-sha. The "sh" is not exactly how English speakers would pronounce it (it softened by the "i") but I've noticed that most of Polish names ending with "-sia" get the "-sha" pronunciation, so there.

I can think of two ways to pronounce this name, and both sound bad. The one makes me think of doses.
