Sorry, but this is so ugly. It is a very forced feminine version of a masculine name, which I personally don't care for. That being said, Dolly or Deedee could work nicely as nicknames, which would save the bearer of this awful name from actually having to hear it every day of their life.
Nicknames could be Donna, Dodie, Dolly, Dollie, Didi, Dee, Dina, Allie, Ally, Alda, Lina, Nina and Ina.

Donaldina Cameron (1869 – 1968) was a pioneer in the fight against slavery as a Presbyterian missionary in San Francisco's Chinatown, who helped more than 2,000 Chinese immigrant girls and women escape from indentured servitude.
ARGH! NO! Too OLD LADY, and ugly! Can't stand old-man Donald, or even worse, Donaldina. For your child's sake, please use a wonderful name like Margaret.
And I thought Richardine was a way-too-obvious feminized form of a masculine name. Donaldina just makes me laugh, it's so over-the-top! I'm sorry if this offends any bearers of the name, but I can't imagine it was an easy name to live with.
What an ugly name. It sounds too masculine and like a forced feminization. Why not go for a beautiful feminine form of a masculine name, like Augusta, Rafaela, or Theodora?
