Despina Olympiou also known as Dena Olympiou, is a Greek Cypriot singer, famous in her homeland as well as in Greece. She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden.
This name is common in Greek. I don't like this name because of the P sound. If you were to shorten it to Desi then it would be fine. The meaning comes from the Greek Orthodox religion and also means Miss in modern Greek.
