Such an outdated name. I don’t think it should make a comeback, just leave this name to the 40 year olds.

Such a dated name. Reminds me of the husband in that show Bewitched from the 1960s.

Darren is the best name I've ever heard in my entire life. It is very easy to pronounce, and I am saddened by the hate it is receiving on this website. I personally a know a Darren, and he is a wonderful person. Darren honestly sounds very cool and modern. I would give this name a 10/10 rating. Highly recommend.

Darren is a nice name. I think I prefer Darrell or Darian as they seem more interesting to me over simple Darren. While I don’t think it’s a girl's name, I know there’s a woman named Daron Nefcy who created Star vs. The Forces of Evil which is a great show.

My daughter is Darryn (pronounced Dare-ren). I like it for a boy or girl as she is named after her great uncle Darren.

It's not a bad name, but I can't help but think of obnoxious college frat boys when I hear it, though I'm not sure why. Other than that, it's quite a plain and common name, with nothing much good or bad going for it.

I've always kind of liked this name due to the "Bewitched" character. I used to watch that show when I was a kid and I remember feeling sorry for him sometimes when Samantha would create a big mess with her magic.

I've only known Darrens that are girls (spelled differently). There's the newscaster Daryn Kagan and I have a girl in my class named Daryn. I've always liked it for a girl spelled Darrin.

Darren is an awesome name for a boy. Very masculine and strong sounding. I have only known older men with this name but recently met a 6 year old with this name and thought wow that is great. I would love to see more young boys with this name.

It's my name. It's fair, I suppose. I don't like the sound; the "ren" ending seems hard. But when it's YOUR name, you have to like it somewhat. ^_^

Darren is the most beautiful male name ever. I love this name, mostly due to Darren Hayes, an amazing singer, who moved me with his songs and wisdom. But anyway, this name is intriguing and cute. Love it!
