It's a fine, mature if not plain name. I like that it's not too stand-out-ish, like, if I saw Craig in a yearbook I wouldn't be like "you named your child THAT?!" I'd just move along.
Sounds like egg.
I like this name. It's cool but has a sorta relaxed vibe to it.
I like it. Cool nerd type of name.
I know this name isn't the most special or unique sounding. But I quite like it! It's so simple but it's a good strong name. I would never use it, but I do like it.
Sanjay and Craig ruined this name.
I can only think of Craigslist.
I’m going to use this name after a family member as a middle name, the only problem is, my music teacher's middle name is Craig.
This name is special to me.
Unusual name but I do like it.
I knew one girl called Craig, oh my god I hate this name for a girl! My dad's name is Craig and it is a proper masculine name, not feminine.
I never liked the sound of it anyway. It’s not even classic or modern, it’s just plain boring and the sound is so unattractive. And that old show Sanjay and Craig ruined it.
An awkward name, and it sounds like an uglier version of Greg. That's saying something, too, since Greg is not an attractive name. I'm glad that very few parents use Craig anymore.
I am Craig, as is my father. Although I am also Craig because my parents were slightly unprepared when I popped out, and they figured, "Yeah, Craig Junior is cool." I think it fits me well. I always have to laugh that it basically means I live in a rock (which makes sense, I like my alone time). Now that I am in college I know SIX Craigs that live in my area.
This name is okay... but that god awful show Sanjay and Craig has ruined this name for me forever.(I swear, worst decision of my life...)
I named my son Craig only I spell it Kraig not Craig. I spell it like that because I had never seen it spelled that way it is unique and it fits my son perfectly. I named my son after a very good friend of mine who's name happens to be Craig and I really liked the name. I think it is a very strong name for a male.
If I had a son, I would want to name him Craig. Some of my ancestors were Craigs; it would be in honour of them, but even beyond that it strikes me as very strong and rugged sounding (makes sense, given the meaning), and not too common, at least where I'm from.
Makes me think of Craigslist. This is also my science teacher's name. I dunno.
I know a Craig and for some reason "Craigslist" NEVER reminded me of him or even that it sounds like "Craig's list" until that last comment mentioned it. How weird that I never noticed! Where did my brain go on that one? Anyway the name does sound cool but had to grow on me.
An okay name, short, simple, and not one of these trashy, tacky, über-masculine, or immature names. Certainly better than Greg!
This name is losing popularity, but think it is a decent name. I know a couple of Craigs, and I even know someone named Craigen. I like this name!
Personally I don't like this name, although you don't meet many people with this name, the people I know with this name are quite annoying.
This name is very special to me. I love a gorgeous man with this name. I like it because you don't hear the name often and all the Craigs I have met have been funny and down to earth. =)
