I prefer the original Indigenous form... I don't think this variant is bad however I feel like it's over the top Kiwisance sounds better I just wish I knew how to pronounce it.
To all the negative commenters: are you aware that some people don’t speak English? Are you aware that this name isn’t English? This is a lovely name. I wouldn’t use it because I speak English and so does everyone around me, but it’s awesome.

This is a very unique and interesting name. I like it but unfortunately it seems to have a negative association for some modern English speakers.
Why I think it's a lovely name for a young boy. All the kids will be so fond of little cow asses. Nobody would dare say he smells bad or anything like that.
It reminds me of a mix between "cow" and "goddess" which gives it a funny connotation, but it also strikes me as a great Native American name. I mean, in the modern times, anyone with that name in American culture would be teased relentlessly, but in the Native American culture I picture "Cowessess" to be a strong heroine of the Native American culture, perhaps in a story or in real life.
I would have to say that this name is undeniably funny from the standpoint of a modern English speaker. Not to say that it isn't a perfectly good name, but to us it does sound like a group of female cow-herders or something along those lines. I wouldn't name your kid this.

I think this name sounds really cool and unique. Though some very immature people, unfortunately, would make fun of it.
I am shocked at the immaturity and ignorance of the previous commenters. Of course Cowessess does not come off that way to the Native Americans who use it, because they speak a different language! I actually find the name very appealing. I see a very pretty, strong Native American girl fitting this name perfectly.
Kiwisance sounds better I just wish I knew how to pronounce it.
