Cosmo is a character from the Nickelodeon children’s tv series, “Fairly Odd-Parents.” Cosmo is one of Timmy Turner’s fairy godparents alongside his wife Wanda.
I have no idea why this name is so rare, it’s one of the most beautiful boy's names in existence. Cosmo…edgy, cute, unique, mysterious, smart. It makes me think of the vast universe full of stars. I love it so much, it’s one of my top favourites and I would love to gift a son with this beautiful name!
I think Cosmo is a pretty cool name. I wouldn't say it's one of my favorites, but I still like it. Definitely unique and original, which I like. It's a nice name.
Definitely has history, not modern. Wow! This name can be cool without having to be modern! Plus... you can use Cosie as a nickname!

I always think of Cosmo the Martian from Archie Comics. Cosmo has been around since the 1950's. While Cosmo has his own sub-series, you can usually see references of him in normal Archie books.

Why is no one mentioning... you know... THE cosmos? Space? I mean, you'll name your kid Luna or some other space name but while "Cosmo" isn't "cosmos" it happens to be a name, but not hugely common. I mean, read the comments. At least two people (as of my writing this) are saying that their name is Cosmos. But yeah, I think space names are pretty cool.

It actually can be a girl's name if you watch Sonic X. The feminine form Cosma just means it makes the unisex name Cosmo slightly more delicate, regardless of the female gender. Doesn’t mean the masculine form can’t be used on a girl. But naming the boy Cosma is a little over the top. I think if you're a girl, you can have whatever you want, no matter what gender it covers. Though for boys, you guys are pretty enough to have more rights, no offense. That’s just what I think. Girls get to have more names to have then guys when the girls having their own names, hogging the unisex names, stealing boy names, and men create the feminine forms for the girls out of their male names which is gifted to the feminine. I get it! Cute name though.

I think of either a cat or the character from Fairly Odd Parents. I don't really know if I think the association with the show is a good one or a bad one, but I do think that this is an adorable name for a cat.
I like this name and I would use it on a real person even though a lot of other people think it's silly, it reminds me of Fairly Odd Parents which I think is a pretty cool association for a name.
Is it immature and childish to say that all I can think of is the idiotic yet hilarious Cosmo on Fairly Odd Parents? Nice sound but there's too big of an association.
This name is a guilty pleasure of mine! I've always thought it was cute. Even if it's not everyone's style - hey - at least it isn't Aiden, Hayden, or Jack!
I loved this name back in my teens, and was willing to use it on a son, should I ever have one. I suppose I could still like the name if it didn't remind me of that horrible brainwashing propaganda magazine. Reading it, you'd think all men should be shot on the spot. The name sounds like the name of a young, fun-loving guy with brown eyes and dark hair, but I don't know how well the name is going to suit guys past the age of 35. It is pretty cool, though, but the Cosmopolitan association kind of ruins it.
