Colten

I've always loved names that weren't overly popular & Colten/Colton was "my boy name" for years! I was finally able to give this name to my son in 1994. When I first wrote it out, I spelled it -on but some how before his birth, I don't remember when or why, I must have changed it to -en because that is what we put on his birth certificate. When providing his name, I taught him to say, "I'm a TEN & not a TON!" I run into staff from his elementary school days & they will often comment that they'll always remember that he's a ten and not a ton!

I know what it's like to have my name spelled Colton- it's Colten. I hate when people spell it with an o not an e.

I believe this name is given to very successful individuals. It’s not a boring name like Malcolm or a even a boring last name like Middleton. This is why Colten is a great person and name.

Yo my name is Colten I was born in almost 2004 and my name sucks. No one has it and if they do it's spelled like "Colton" and every time someone tries to spell it it's always Colton not the other way. Also, everyone spells my last name wrong too I hate my life.
