Chaos is awesome & cool & rebellious. Only someone with guts would use this name! But I think it's amazing. It's bad ass! I personally believe it can be a completely acceptable name, regardless of its meaning. There are other names that have become quite normal regardless of its meaning. I love the nickname Kay.
