Correctly pronounced in the Italian manner:Che-Sar-REE-NuhA "C" before an "E" (ce) creates a "Che" sound. The "A" in "Sa" is pronounced as the "A" in "Father". The "I" in "Rina" is stressed to an "EE". All "R"s are rolled. [noted -ed]
