I prefer this name on a girl. However I think the pronunciation, although pretty, would come quite hard to an average English speaker. I still like the name.

Çağrı is also used as a masculine name. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine".
