Buğlem

I hate it. It sounds so weird to me, and before you jump at me, I'm Turkish. I have no idea how this name is in top 50 all the time. I'd rather name my daughter Buğday, which means wheat and is not a name, rather than Buğlem. It sounds like "bulantı" to me, which means nausea. Also, because of Turkish's vowel harmony, u and e are never used in the same word (for example, Venus is called Venüs in Turkish), so this blatant disregard for the vowel harmony just adds to it's weirdness. Not that Buğlam or Büğlem would be much better. Why do you even add a ğ after u? Is there even a word which has "uğ" besides "buğu" and "kuğu", which need it to exist because both "u"s are pronounced with different tones instead of being one long u? Just write û or simply u! Though, Bulam sounds even more like bulantı... there is just no saving this name.
