Bryce is so charming. I know a Bryce from school who will help others and is also very smart. If I have a son, I will name him Bryce. This is definitely not a girl's name.

I feel like this name gets a lot of crap because it's portrayed as a bad guy name in popular media these days. It does have a potentially douchey ring to it but give these guys a chance lol. I found one that's the best person I've ever met. People around us generally think he is extremely competent and popular in a humble way.
Anyone who names his daughter Bryce should really reconsider his life choices. It’s disgusting, trashy and horrendous. Do people not realize it’s a boys name?

I know a girl named Bryce. She hates it and wished she just had a proper feminine name. Bryce is okay and charming on a boy. Girl? Not so much.

Bryce is a really good name but I wouldn't suggest naming your child this now a days.
Bryce is so handsome on a boy! But it is too masculine on a girl. It is a male name, not unisex! Imagine how many times the poor girl will be mistaken for a boy.
I love Dallas, but not too sure about Bryce... I think it is the y in the middle of the name that I dislike. Bryce Dallas Howard is one of my favourite actresses, so Dallas is on my list for a girl. Blake seems potentially prettier and more physically appealing than Bryce, which feels too much of a male name, in my opinion.
I named my youngest daughter Bryce after Bryce Dallas Howard. I live in England and is very uncommon around here but I absolutely love the name for my little girl. Although it has mixed feelings about it, whenever I tell anyone what her name is they all respond with "aww that's lovely and different" just the response I wanted.
I can't say I'm particularly fond of this name. Though it may just be because I have a negative association with a Bryce. But even if I didn't have that association, it just comes off to me as a shrill sounding name.
African American's have a unique heritage and so what we name our children will be what we deem. Bryce means, Third Son with Favor; charismatic and charming.
If we ever have a second son this will most like be the middle name or at least a variant- Briace this may seem trendy or kr8ve but it has a deeper meaning than that; Bruce is my father's name and Brian is his father's middle and grandfathers first name. Plus it looks and goes well with the first name choice.

I think Bryce is a very nice, underused name that would work on a baby, a boy, and a man. It has a nice sound, and I definitely prefer this spelling over Brice, since that looks like "rice" with a 'b' stuck on the front of it. One of the few cases where I think that replacing the 'i' with a 'y' actually serves the name better.

Sounds harsh, like 'burn and ice'. Also has a preppy reputation. Can't imagine calling a baby this.
Well, it beats the middle-aged trashy macho dimwit name Bruce and the name Bryson, which sounds too surname-y and makes me think of Bill Bryson. I prefer this spelling to Brice, Brice looks a bit pretentious to me for some reason. However, this doesn't sound like the name of a particularly smart or mature guy.
