I have to say, I’m very proud to have this name because the story behind this first name is always interesting.
Also Birger is a Scandinavian name from Old Norse, bjarga, meaning "to help, to save, to protect".

When I hear this name, I think of fishermen, mainly because the only people with this name worked on boats.

Reminds me of burgers.
