If English had an N with a tilde or eñe, then this would be a great alternative to Bernard, which to me feels a bit old man-ish and stuffy. Beñat looks and sounds way more refined.Though, I could be wrong, but perhaps the time is coming that English speakers, in the US at least, will be familiar enough with the pronunciation of an N with a tilde that it could actually work.
