This is my legal name Barbra, but know one could or would not ever spell my name correctly, so I used the variant; Barbara.. I also remember in grad school a kid telling me my name was dirty because it has 'bra' in it...

This spelling is better than Barbara because it's pronounced the way it looks. Same with Debra vs Deborah.
