This is the name of Belgian singer-songwriter Angèle Van Laeken (born Dec. 3rd, 1995), known professionally as Angèle. She is very well-known in France and other Francophone countries.Angèle was one of 2018's biggest breakout acts in French and Belgian pop music, breaking Stromae's record for weeks at the top of the Belgian singles charts with her 2018 single "Tout oublier", and collaborated with English-Albanian singer-songwriter, Dua Lipa, in 2020 with their song "Fever".

The French pronunciation makes it sound slightly masculine. It's a heck of a lot nicer than Angel, though.
