I think most English speakers will find the pronunciation simple; you probably won't need to worry about this. I love the meaning and that it is a unisex name.

I think it's a pretty name, but I wouldn't use it in a context where English speakers would likely mangle the pronunciation (which I say as an English-speaking American). It looks interestingly similar to the name Ananda (which is also Indian). I'm (pretty much) sure that the two names are unconnected, but the fact that one (Ananda) means "happiness" and one (Ananta) means "infinite" makes me think of the idea of infinite happiness.
