Ada, Addie, Addy, Deedee, Didi, Minnie, Mimi, Mina and Ina could be nicknames.
Really ugly and lazy not to mention it’s just Adam with “ina” added to it.
Doesn't Adam mean man, lol.
I saw this name as Ada + Mina, but I never thought of it like Adam + Ina.
Adamina is the name of one of the fonts on google docs, so that's all I can think of when I hear this name lol.
I love it.
Also Polish: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adamina
Very unusual indeed. It would be good as a middle name in my opinion.
This looks like a weird concoction. Why not just call someone Adama?
Polish pronunciation is "ah-dah-MEE-nah".
I was surprised by the name originally since I didn't expect to find a feminine version of the name Adam. It grew on me as I said it more and though someone said it sounds feminine in a "forced sort of way", I personally feel that it sounds ultra feminine (considering "mina" at the end). I also think the nicknames Ada or Mina would be cute, but not Addy or Minnie. I would definitely consider using this for a daughter.
Very interesting, unusual name. But if you had twins, and one was a boy and the other a girl, it would be rather silly to name one "Adam" and the other "Adamina" (someone I heard of did).
This is also a name in the Romani (Gypsy) language.
It sounds pretty in a weird forced sorta way. I have mixed feelings towards this name.
I like this name. It sounds foreign and elegant, but it kind of makes me think of warrior women.
This is a Polish version, too.
Very interesting and unique, although I think it seems a bit too much like a "forced" feminine form of the name.
I first discovered this name 4 months ago, and my immediate thought was, "What an odd name." But I've recently fallen in love with it! A little girl with it can be "Addy" when she's young, and "Mina" when she is grown into a teen and/or a woman. Great name!
Personally, I pronounce it Ah-dah-MIE-nah, but it could be a dialectal thing.
I really like the way this name sounds. It's a little odd for me too use ever, but it is a pretty name.
