I don't know if this is common in other cultures, but where I live (America) it seems kinda too stand-out-ish. Not that the meaning is bad (I know "Elizabeth" basically means the same thing) but it just really stands out. Maybe it's the hyphen that makes me think that. Which I guess could be taken out.
