Hi Anya,
The Belarus list has no source.
The Polish list is just the list from forebears.
For Russia it is unclear what sample size they used as well as their other methodology. It doesn't help that the two lists don't agree, even disagreeing about what name comes first.
So I'll say "no" to these. What is most helpful are lists from official government sources.
