Reference for IPA to "simplified" pronounciations?
I'm wondering if there's a list somewhere of how this site simplifies IPA syllables to the ones that show up when you click "simplify" under a name. For example, under Herbert, the IPA English pronunciation is /ˈhɜɹ.bəɹt/, which simplifies/approximates to HUR-bərt if you use the "simplify" toggle or click on the IPA.
I'd really love to see a full list of these conversions, or find a way to easily do them myself. All that's coming up when I google is English to IPA, not the other way around.
(I'm doing some pronunciation analysis for a personal project, and would like to include some names that don't have pronunciations on this site, but that I've found IPA pronunciations for elsewhere.)
