Crimean Tatar Arabic

Crimean Tatar uses Arabic. Can this be recognised as a script? It's not used much currently but I have the Crimean Tatar Arabic for Noman Çelebicihan's surname and the system isn't recognising it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimean_Tatar_alphabet#Arabic_script
