Just a few I can think of off the top of my head:
Willow and Iris (both nature names)
Harper (b or g) and Hunter (b or g) (both start with H and end in er)
Zipporah and Zacchaeus (both start with Z and have 3 syllibles)
Rosemary and Jasmine (both are nature names)
Quinn (g) and Quinton (b) (both have Quin in them)
Jack and Jillian (Jack & Jill)
Liliana and Juliana (both have -liana)
Summer and Winter (both are seasons)
December and November (both are months)
