I'm happy with Elian Alexander, Oliver Vincent and Emilia Isabelle, but I don't really like the other combos.

From your suggestions I like Leon, but I prefer Leo or Leopold. Claire is alright as well, but prefer Clara/Klara. I dislike Julianne, but I'm fine with Julia, Juliet and possibly Julie. And I wouldn't use both Amelia and Emilia.
