-The past 16 years have been long for high school sweethearts Leo and Valentina. Their oldest sons Nathan and Ben are in grade 11 already. The identical boys are major athletic and academic figures in their school, especially for football and soccer. They are popular but don't get into much trouble, opting to be good role models for their younger siblings and others.
-Juliet is in grade 9 and the blond sweetie is still the center of attention. She excells in sciences and math, wanting to be a doctor when shes older. Juliet also takes to the stage as a singer and pianist, its never stagefright for her.
-Annabelle is in grade 6, she entered her "awkward" stage recently. Still petit and quiet, she enjoys writing and songwriting with Juliet. Some of her writing has already been published locally, and Juliet has performed a few of Annabelle's songs and in return she started to teach Annabelle all the musical knowledge she knows.
-Charlotte, who is in grade 4, is still the little tomboy of the family. If she's not playing soccer with Nathan and Ben, she's with Daniel. Daniel is a 10 year old boy who has lived next door since they were toddlers. Despite their opposite personalities (Daniel being smart and shy, Charlotte being outgoing and adventurous) they have been inseperable since they met over 6 years ago. Valentina and Leo wonder how their friendship will be like in the future, and whether it will turn into more come the teenage years.
-Nobody would be able to tell now that grade 1 student Carson was a preemie just 6 years ago. He is a bold and smart child, taking after older sister Charlotte. He enjoys sports like his older brothers, and is often seen with close brother Miles (they're like our third set of twins).
-Miles is already excelling rapidly in school, being promoted to grade 1 to be with Carson within a week of starting Kindergarden. He enjoys reading, at a grade 3 level and going up quickly. He is with his "twin" Carson often, and their personalities balance out both of them. There has been speculation on whether to put Miles in the next grade, but they decided to keep him with his brother for a few years and see what happens.
-The youngest twins Alex and Eli are past the "terrible twos", and now that they're in nursery school they have many new friends. Eli likes to do new things, and often gets Alex to tag along despite his shyness. They are officially the last and youngest children of the LaPointe family, 9 is definately enough.
Leo is now a social studies teacher. His sporting store took off and is now a chain thats growning rapidly, so he and co-founder and friend Nikolas were able to keep the business and go back to become teachers. "Uncle Nick" is close with the family and is a teacher at the same school as Leo. Valentina is a nurse and has been back to work since the youngest twins turned one. She doesn't have to work as much since she takes care of the children, whether its concerts or sports events. The family lives in a nice sized 8 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house in a middle class neighborhood ever since Charlotte was born. Things are going well for the LaPointes, and things only seem to get better as time goes on.
