Andy absolutely bombs his exams - how do you deal with this?
We were so upset when Andy terrible grades on his exams. He said he had studies before and understood it. We believe him but later he admitted that he had not. We temporary lost trust in him and are putting him in tutoring then summer school to improve his grades.
