Adam breaks their leg, how did it happen? How are they?
It has been ten exciting years for the Thompson family. Wil retired from playing professional hockey last year, but promptly found a job as a television analyst for his sport. He enjoys his new work and the perspective he brings to his new career. Lydia is a proud new grandmother to Matthew's daughter and she is still busy with the two boys still at home. Matthew, who is now 23, got married two years ago. His dream of playing in the NHL has been realized, and he now plays for the New York Rangers. He and his wife, Alaina Carmen, have a four month old baby girl. They dote on little Carly just as much as Lydia and Wil do. Dakota too has gotten married. He and his wife, Alison Violet, have opened up a Bed and Breakfast in Lancaster county. They are doing good business and hope to get lots of customers. Naomi is eighteen. She is going to college to become a physical therapist. Adam, now twelve, is enjoying life being the oldest one at home, though he does miss his older siblings from time to time. Recently, he broke his leg while snowboarding with some friends. It wasn't very pretty, let me tell you. He's doing all right now, but hates having to wear the cast. Raymie, 10, is a lot like Adam. He likes playing hockey and is also good at drawing.
