Lemme attempt a paraetymological approach.
the name includes aqua (water) and vious (related to life).The prefix "Sh-" universally implies silence.
Under these assumptions Shaquavious means "a quiet amphibian" if you will.

Aside to Shaquavious: "Cargill" happen's to be Daividh's middle name...
