I think Nanaea is right when she says that Shaquavious is a contrived name. But I think it must be a combination of the Arabic Shaquille and the Latin Avis meaning "bird"

I went to www.swagga.com which seems to have a fairly extensive list of African names. I could find Shaquavious but did find Shaquana which means truth in life. Maybe your name is a combo of Shaquana and some other name?

Lemme attempt a paraetymological approach.
the name includes aqua (water) and vious (related to life).The prefix "Sh-" universally implies silence.
Under these assumptions Shaquavious means "a quiet amphibian" if you will.
