I found the reference to the name 'Rochbert' in the 'Rocco' entry of the Duden book that I mentioned. Before that I did't know the name myself.
Rochbert would be one of the many many German/Germanic two-element names, with 'rohon' as the first element and 'beraht' (bright) as the second element. There are many -bert names like Robert or Albert still in use today, and there must be a large number of such names that fell out of favor a long time ago already, like this Rochbert.
