I've added Switzerland and Austria.
For Sweden, they haven't published the total number of births by gender yet. These numbers are important for keeping the graphs consistent. I usually get that info from http://www.statistikdatabasen.scb.se/pxweb/en/ssd/START__BE__BE0101__BE0101H/FoddaK/?rxid=736f1165-a986-4688-9f66-adaa8e762fa0 but maybe there is another source for it? Last year they updated this in late February so perhaps we should just wait a little longer.
