The Icelandic pronunciation of Sigrún is SI(Y)-roon:
S - as S in 'sun'
I - as I in 'in' (short vowel)
G - almost as Y in 'yes' (very soft)
R - "rolled R" (alveolar trill)
Ú - almost as OO in 'soon' (long vowel)
N - as N in 'no'
The stress is on the first syllable (the accent of the Ú does not indicate stress but the length of the vowel)
