I like it, but traditionalist like many who visit this site (lured by etymology) won't. To me its a surname and therefore up for grabs without question (although I don't mind other masculine names on girls that aren't surname or vice versa). Ryan Madeline Cara is a bit much, but I do like each name individually. Ryan Elizabeth Cara might flow better, the rye & line sound just come off as harsh together for me.
