Charlesley and especially Charlesleigh just scream "I'm trying soooo hard to be funky and out-there by making up what sounds like a last name in a British cozy mystery and sticking it on a baby girl with the leigh ending so she'll stand out among all the Everleighs and Hartleighs and Mackinleighs in her day-care, which is definitely not in Utah but it sure sounds that way."
