Re: Talk me out of or into these “maybe” names

Grace is very nice, though extremely popular both as a middle name and a first name, if that's ever an issue for you.
Pearl feels old-lady and frumpy, like maybe a country cousin fro the Beverly Hillbillies.
Elizabeth is very dull and "default." But it does have plenty of nickname options.
Joy is simple and pretty, and compared to a lot of the other virtue names, it's not very common now. I guess it was ahead of its time when it was popular.
Holly is quite cute.
Lark doesn't feel like a name to me. The sound isn't very attractive and it feels trying-too-hard.
Nathaniel is okay but I like Nathan better.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
