I love Luana. Luella too. It's kitschy retro fun. Puts me in mind of exotica music, one of my absolute favourite genres. I think of a Minnie Castevet type person when I see this name - loud, nosy, outgoing, a real hoot. I'd use Luana irl in a heartbeat!
