I prefer Luann "Loo-ANN" to Luana, but it's a very pretty name!

I like it, it's my favorite form of Luann.

I don't enjoy the look or the sound of it. I have a niece whose name is Louanne: that seems a whole lot better, or perhaps I'm projecting my love for the person on to her name.

I love Luana. Luella too. It's kitschy retro fun. Puts me in mind of exotica music, one of my absolute favourite genres. I think of a Minnie Castevet type person when I see this name - loud, nosy, outgoing, a real hoot. I'd use Luana irl in a heartbeat!
