Congratulations! You’ve got some amazing options there. My favourites are Leo, Hugo and Oscar for a boy and Annie (I love Annie!), Eva / Eve, Holly, Iris, Ivy and Willow for a girl. Fave combos would be Annie Florence, Eva Willow, Eve Iris, Holly Georgia, Iris Felicity, Ivy Georgia and Willow Eve for a girl and Leo John, Hugo Sebastian and Oscar Leo, if I could mix names on your lists.
My particular favourites from your list would be Eloise, Iris, Florence, Felicity, Georgia, Elise, Hugo, Willow, Oscar, SebastianIf you wanted to combine names from your list, you could go with Holly Iris, Georgia Felicity, Willow Ivy, Georgia Elise, Georgia Eve, Scarlett WillowSome names I would suggest would be

Paddy? No doubt you have your reasons, but even as a mn it seems strange. May I suggest Patrick? And, may I also suggest two mns rather than just one? We can't have a child for every name we like, but three names are a better way to make each child an individual than using 'unique' spellings etc.
Hugo Patrick John
Leo John Patrick
Sebastian Patrick Leo
Lachlan Oscar JohnEloise Holly Ann
Felicity Eva Ann
Florence Ann Charlene
Penelope Iris EveBy the way, I had a colleague once named Nancy Ann. She signed all her emails, Whatsapps etc NAnn.
For a boy, I like Sebastian John, Oscar Paddy, Lachlan Paddy, and Hugo John. For a girl, I'm really liking Elise Ann, Holly Ann, and Florence Ann. I also love Annie as a name; you couldn't go wrong with it. I like the combination Annie Georgia, using names from your list. May I suggest Flora Ann, Sally Ann, Lisa Ann, or Bridget Ann?I also love everyone else's suggestions; they're all so wonderful!!
Oh, Annie Georgia is lovely!
