I pronounce it both AN-ah-STAY-zha and AH-nah-STAH-see-yah depending on where the person with the name is from.
I adore it either way.
I do wish they hadn't used it for one of the sisters of Cinderella in the last Disney adaptation because now I can hear Cate Blanchett's stepmother voice calling the name, but otherwise, I think it has good namesakes. I would assume Romanova is the most famous one and that's not too bad despite the tragedy.
