I've only ever seen it on Islander and Hispanic girls. Oh, and white women who think its cool to change their name to something they view as "hippie" or "crunchy." So, as a white woman its a hard no for me.
If I were from another culture I might think its too mainstream and westernized and look for something more obscure or even just less popularized from my heritage.

It doesn't really matter, but for a lot of people it just looks "off." Doesn't mean its wrong or right.
