I was literally just thinking about this name a couple days ago.
One user in the comments for this name mentioned that the Hebrew word b'ula actually connotes a woman who is not a virgin, so the hope was that she was married at least. Kind've a strange meaning for a name, but we have seen worse!
I like the sound of this name, but don't imagine it will bump back up in popularity, because B-names are not often trendy, and because it has a similar vibe to
Bertha (i.e. Big
Bertha).
It has that grouchy old lady charm that I personally love, but not everyone would agree.
