Maybe one day. Once Emily was considered an "old person" name. Now there are hundreds of young Emily's.
Beulah has never been a popular name, but names do go in cycles and it could potentially become more common.
Personally, however, Beulah sounds like someone vomitting, so I wouldn't exactly be thrilled to encounter lots of people with this name.
