I've always loved Abby as a nickname for Ab- names, or Aggie (I suppose Aggy would look more masculine) for Aug- names. I also like Ani (Anakin's fault, yes), Christy (Christopher), and Rosy (Ambrose).I knew a guy who went by Hallie. It's short for Haraldur.
