Celia is OK, but I find it a little too dated. I prefer Cecelia which is old fashioned but more refined and regal to me. Celia could work as a nickname.

i definately think Celia is a beautiful woman's name and it strikes me as being an aristocratic British woman. Celia Clark is a famous British woman with the name. she is a fabric and fashion designer.
