It's pretty, but always sounds incomplete to me. I much prefer Cecilia. I know a baby named Celia Jane.

I really like it. I think I prefer it to Cecilia as well, because even though I do like Cecilia, Celia is cleaner. And as a nickname I think Cee would be adorable. I think a simple, one-syllable middle name would suit it best.

I think it's quite nice, but I do think of celiac disease. :( It's quite pretty, though, and unusual enough.

Celia is a lovely name; it's elegant and classy, but also simple and restrained. It's probably one of the only names ending in -ia that strikes me as having relatively no frills. I like it more than the elaborate Cecilia, which seems more aristocratic, lofty, and golden.

Celia is OK, but I find it a little too dated. I prefer Cecelia which is old fashioned but more refined and regal to me. Celia could work as a nickname.
