I like Annie. I think is cute & intelligent. It will also age well. It is a bit too nicknamey for me (although I like Lucy & Maggie on their own).
I think Annelise is great and Arianne would work too. My MIL is Angelika so if I ever used Annie, it would be short for Angelica.
