As you can see -ica names were very popular 50-60 years ago. They're really just diminutives, so I guess they'd fit with the current British trend of giving kids nicknames as full names (
Gracie,
Evie,
Alfie,
Freddy, etc. are quite common in UK
BAs).

Nada (goes by Nadica), etc.
